What was the process of developing your dress with Saigon Fabrics?
The beauty with Saigon Fabrics is that Jenny had already assisted with an initial framework of ideas, designs and sketches. So, prior to seeing a designer, I already had a plan for my dress, which of course continued to mold itself over the months with about three calico fittings. Eventually the perfect fit and design came to life.
The process of getting a couture gown to achieve the perfect fit was an incredible experience we don’t get to enjoy in this day and age.
What was your experience like with Saigon Fabrics?
The Saigon Team are the kindest, most amazing and helpful people I have met. Jenny is very talented, honest and fashionable. She assisted with the bridesmaid dresses, and everything was appliqued onto the dresses effortlessly and incredibly. She really is the best at what she does – I recommend them 100%. Highly experienced!
Tell us a bit more about the final dresses
The evening gown had a majestic, artistic quality fabric with three-dimensional flowers covered with a bed of unique textures such as rose gold leather, shades of ivory, blush, soft gold and nude.
Jenny carefully chose layers of different coloured tulle underlays and silks to generate the perfect color for my skin tone and reflecting colors that are on trend. The final result was… me! It reflected my personality and my cultural tradition.
I also went with Saigon Fabrics for the dress that I wore to my daughter’s engagement, and I would never go anywhere else. Saigon Fabrics is the only store in Sydney that has exquisite material and fabrics catering to all your needs. I’ve recommended them to all my friends and family!
